Online Healing

 

The pandemic has changed the ways in which we work, gather and live. Our weekly Community Grounding sessions brought together people for meditation, sharing, learning and healing. We have built on this successful online program by adding weekly Group Process, Breathwork, Writing to Heal and Meditations for our community. We are working to add more content for you to enjoy between our classes and sessions.


Meditation

When incorporated into your daily routine, this simple practice can help you to feel more grounded, clear, and focused on a day to day basis. Build in 5-10 minutes of your day to do this simple practice (with or without this video) to kickstart or end your day on a grounding note.

Self-Massage

Over time, the stress of our everyday lives can build tension in our bodies that can make it difficult or even painful to focus. This simple practice can help you to feel more grounded, clear, and focused. It’s simple enough that you can do it seated, in-between tasks or errands, at your lunch break, etc. Build in 5-10 minutes of your day to do this simple practice to help alleviate any tension or anxiety you’re keeping in your muscles.

Note: self-massage is not a replacement of seeing your primary care physician for serious physical pain. Be sure to see your doctor if you are in serious physical pain.


Movement

As we stay home, we may fall into a routine that requires less movement, causing ourselves to hold onto energy that we typically would release. This simple practice can help you to release any tension and energy you’ve been holding onto to feel more grounded, centered, and awake.

All you need is a comfortable place, a yoga mat or blanket, and 5-10 minutes of your time.


Self-Healing

We have many tools within ourselves to self-heal. This video serves as a guide for you to tap into yourself for your own healing by going back to your breath and body.

Sound Healing

The use of sound in meditation can help us to relax, clear our minds, and focus. Sound healing has been known to reduce stress, decrease anxiety and depression, improve memory, and more. Find a comfortable quiet place in your home so that you can fully enjoy the sounds of this guided meditation.
