Co-Founder, Taz Tagore is an exceptional for- and non-profit leader with experience working on Wall Street, in the consulting sector and in the design sector. She is also a Buddhist teacher, leadership coach and author of many articles and books. She began working with homeless youth in her teens and has served homeless persons in the U.S., Canada and India with great enthusiasm for most of her life. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School. In addition to Development & Strategy, she leads all of Reciprocity’s 3-day retreats for homeless youth in upstate New York.
Co-Founder of Reciprocity, Adam Bucko is an accomplished holistic counselor whose work with homeless youth spans several continents and more than a decade. Adam has worked for large homeless institutions in NY & FL and worked in grassroots organizations offering loving compassion and support to homeless persons on the streets of India. His unique approaches have helped guide the Reciprocity Foundation’s Whole Person approach. His book, written with Rev Matthew Fox, was released in September 2013 and is called Occupy Spirituality.

Lesley Pinckney works for Walter Isaacson in Chicago where she works in Digital Media. She was most recently the General Manager for Essence magazine where she oversaw sales and marketing efforts and the magazine’s new media partnership with Paramount Pictures. Prior to working at Essence, Lesley was a Vice President at MTV Networks where she led talent and programming for several MTV channels.
Chris Glorioso is an Emmy Award-winning News Reporter at NBC. He co-produces large scale media projects with Reciprocity youth including the recent short documentary film titled, Invisible: Diaries of America’s Homeless Youth which aired to an audience of 600,000 in 2009.
Andree Scanlon: Former magazine editor and design director for Self, Teen Vogue, and Better Homes and Gardens. Andree has led design programs and placements at Reciprocity since 2008.
Thoryn Stephens: Chief Digital Officer for American Apparel. Thoryn is also a musician, a scientist and a long-time entrepreneur who has created music, leadership, training and social media companies.
Marc Chennault: Leading financial advisor with Macquarie Capital. Marc graduated from Harvard Business School and worked on Wall Street as a leading financial analyst for many years.
Lodro Rinzler is a practitioner and teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist lineage. Over the last decade he has taught numerous workshops at meditation centers and college campuses throughout the United States. He serves as the Development Officer for Shambhala International and is has written a book about applying traditional Buddhist teachings to young practitioners.
Carmen Casado runs a small immigration law practice based in San Francisco, California. She previously was a partner in an immigration law firm in New York City. She balances her law practice with a Zen Buddhist practice, yoga, and conscious dance. She has lived in four countries and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Leng Lim has spent his life making himself at home in different worlds. Born in Asia and educated in North America, he bridges the world of inner spiritual reflection and the outer world of business achievement with Master degrees in Divinity and Business from Harvard. In his business career, Leng has worked as a management consultant with Marakon Associates, and has established a successful international leadership coaching and consulting business. He also coaches in the Executive Education programs at INSEAD, and is sought after as a keynote speaker and speech writer.
